Analytical Capabilities

Managing Quality
Through Analytical Data

SPCI uses in-house analytical equipment to verify material purity,
physical properties, moisture content, and structural characteristics.
Consistent quality standards are maintained through process feedback.

  • Structural Verification — NMR spectroscopy is used to confirm whether the target compound is correct.
  • Purity Verification — HPLC and GC are used to detect organic impurities, while ICP-MS enables the quantification of metal impurities at ppb or lower levels.
  • Moisture Verification — Karl Fischer titration is used to determine moisture content at the ppm level.
  • Nonconformance Response — The affected batch is placed on hold while the relevant process conditions are reexamined.
