SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Ensuring Stable Production Through a Safe Operating Environment

Firefighting and Detection Systems

Different firefighting methods are used depending on the type of fire.

01

Combustible and Toxic Gas Detectors

Detect combustible and toxic gas leaks at an early stage and issue an alert.

Continuous monitoring throughout production areas

02

Hydrogen and Liquid Leak Detectors

Detect hydrogen and liquid leaks in hydrogenation areas and beneath piping.

Installed in high-pressure reaction areas

03

Portable Fire Extinguishers

Enable an immediate initial response to incipient fires at various locations on-site.

Installed throughout the plant

04

Specialized Firefighting Equipment

Used for substances that cannot be extinguished using conventional methods.

Butyllithium (BuLi) · Grignard reagents · Alkali metals (Na and K)

05

Dry Chemical Fire Suppression Systems

Rapidly suppress fires across wide areas.

Installed throughout the plant

06

CO₂ Fire Suppression Systems

Used in electrical and precision equipment areas.

Installed in equipment areas

Equipment Safety Devices

The following are safety features built into each piece of equipment.

Safety devices by equipment
Equipment Safety System Operating Method
High-Pressure Reactor Automatic PCV Pressurization System Automatically increases pressure to the set point.
PCV Pressure-Relief System Automatically relieves pressure in the event of overpressure.
Burst Disc → Knockout Tank Discharges into the knockout tank when the burst disc opens due to overpressure.
Ozone Generator Ozone Destructor Decomposes residual ozone before discharge.
Ozone Detector Installed around the generator and connected reactors.
Ejector System Check Valve Prevents reverse flow.
